At the next edition of Micronora (September 25 to 28, 2018 in Besançon), one of the show's flagship events will be a demonstration of a UAP: autonomous production unit.
In Industry 4.0, as soon as an order is accepted, the entire supply chain process is set in motion, requiring all players - services, design, production - to be interconnected and act coherently and efficiently, drastically limiting waiting times between the various technical operations. Zoom 2018 will show that this revolution, which is having a major impact on major groups, must not be confined to them, but must also have an impact on the industrial fabric of SMEs and even VSEs.
For this reason, Micronora wanted to present a stand-alone production unit in operation, comprising :
-
a design position;
-
a machining station ;
-
a control station ;
-
a 3D manufacturing station;
-
an assembly station with a collaborative robot;
-
a laser marking station ;
The link between stations is provided by an AGV equipped with a robotic arm, thus eliminating the time lost between each station. The supervisor software controlling the AGV provides the link between the Internet of Things and, in part, the Internet of Services.
