It is a brand new appointment that awaits the industrialists of the Great South-West at the beginning of the school year. And it is sizeable. On 20-21-22 September 2022, the CFIA (Carrefour des Fournisseurs de l'Industrie Agroalimentaire) and Sepem Industries (L'industrie au cœur des territoires) are organising a joint event for the first time in their history, at the Meett in Toulouse.
A real synergy that is virtuous between two brands inhabited by common values: business, conviviality and innovation.
An unprecedented association to offer a major qualitative event that will bring together 600 exhibitors, one of the largest gatherings of industrial suppliers in the Great Southwest. With an ambition claimed by the organizers: to ensure that all industrial players, regardless of their professions or their sectors, find solutions to their current and future challenges.
Toulouse, a key destination
It is therefore in Toulouse, at the heart of a brand new tool (the Meett), that this great first will take place. A destination that obviously owes nothing to chance.
First of all because the industrial fabric is dynamic and important in this territory. Aeronautics and space, agriculture, biotechnology: so many sectors that are definitely looking to the future and have already moved to 4.0 in the South-West.
In addition, the agri-food sector is one of the main recruiters and employers, with more than 65,000 employees in the Greater Southwest alone.
" This territory had to have an event of this magnitude. There are still 3 months before it opens its doors but this event is already complete in terms of exhibitors, proof of its relevance. It will challenge the industrial sectors ," says Sébastien Gillet, director of CFIA Toulouse.
Industrial sectors that will be able, for 3 days and on human scale shows, to carry out effective sourcing allowing them to identify a wide range of solutions in line with their expectations and their challenges of tomorrow.
A manifestation with a strong identity
Behind this joint event, there is also a promise: that of making everyone – VSE / SME, ETI but also large groups – benefit from an event close to their factories, faithful to an established and recognized know-how, common denominator of the CFIA and Sepem brands.
In Rennes regarding the CFIA, where it has been installed since 1997 and where it is considered the unmissable event throughout the West. For its premiere in Toulouse, it will offer a complete and unprecedented offer, covering all sectors of the food industry, in ingredients & PAI, packaging & packaging and equipment & processes.
For its part, Sepem Industries has been for 15 years now the multi-sector industrial meeting in the region, established in the 7 French industrial territories (Colmar, Grenoble, Douai, Rouen, Angers, Martigues and Toulouse). It will celebrate in the coming months its5th edition in Toulouse where it attracted nearly 4,000 visitors in 2019. With an offer of solutions proposed around 4 pillars: optimize productivity, secure men, women and sites, support the digital transformation and accompany the ecological transition.
On September 20-21-22, the program promises to be plentiful. It will be to include a new event in the agendas of industrialists, from the Great South-West and elsewhere, and to make them benefit from a relevant and differentiating offer.
" The will of Sepem and CFIA is to strengthen the territorial network, to forge partnerships at the local and regional level. There is a real desire to support regional actors. Through this joint event, we are getting the best out of the 2 brands ," notes Julie Voyer, Director of Sepem Industries. And this in order to take the entire industrial world in their wake. An industrial world that, in short, was waiting for a quality event, in the right place and at the right time...
