A compact, high-performance solution, the RX Dymond 80 Bulk scanner is based on the architecture and strengths of the highly successful Dymond 80, but with a customized mechanism.
This optimized version opens up new inspection possibilities for bulk products that cannot pass through curtains due to their weight or shape, and enables foreign bodies to be eliminated at an early stage in the production process to protect products and machines.
The Dymond 80 Bulk RX scanner guarantees highly accurate X-ray inspection of bulk products, and can reliably identify even low-density foreign bodies.
Particularly well-suited to the inspection of bulk products, Dymond 80 Bulk features an inspection unit that combines very high detection performance with Dylog's latest-generation, powerful and intuitive software.

To complete the picture, this equipment is available with two output systems for product separation (standard ejector or multi-segment ejector) and with two types of conveyor belt adapted to the diameter of the granules and the maximum height of product allowed on the belt during inspection.

The Dymond 80 Bulk's certified, non-destructive X-ray technology is capable of detecting a wide range of contaminants such as metal, glass, stone, bone, seafood shells, ceramics and certain plastics (such as PVC, Viton, etc.), whatever the size of the product being analyzed.
