QL3D has just passed the e2 and E2 homologation (directive 72/245/CEE in accordance with regulation N°10) by UTAC on its Atop Technologies serial port server, WiFi access point and WiFi client references: SW5002, AW5300 EW5300 and EW5302, enabling these products to be integrated into the transport and logistics sectors.
EW5300: 802.11 g/b WiFi client.
The EW5300 wireless client acts as a bridge between the wireless network and the wired Ethernet network. Information transmitted by the wireless client is transparent to both hosts (IP network over wireless LAN) and equipment (Ethernet).
SW5002: two-port RS232/422/485 serial server, 10/100 Base Tx or WiFi 802.11 g/b.
The SW5002 is a 10/100 Base Tx or WiFi 802.11 g/b industrial serial port server, bridging the TCP/IP protocol via WiFi or wired links and RS232/422/485 interfaces. It enables virtually any serial equipment to be connected to an existing or new wireless or wired network.
EW5302: WiFi client and/or two-port RS232/422/485 10/100 Base Tx or WiFi serial server.
The EW5302 wireless client is a bridge between the wireless network, the wired Ethernet network and RS232/422/485 interfaces. Featuring one wired Ethernet port and two serial ports, it can be connected to an IEEE 802.11 g/b wireless network.
AW5300: 802.11 b/g WiFi access point/bridge/WDS with Fast Handoff.
The AW5300 uses an advanced algorithm for fast roaming of mobile stations that move within network coverage or frequently between several cells. It is suitable for warehouse management where forklifts or mobile trucks move over large areas, using multiple wireless access points.
