The 21st edition of the RTs EMBEDDED SYSTEMS/ESDT trade show will cover all professional sector areas of real-time computing and embedded systems, electronic design and testing in the automotive, transport, defence and armaments, avionics and space, telecommunications and networks, control and security, etc.
In the heart of the exhibition, 2 dedicated spaces will welcome innovative start-ups as well as providers of systems development and integration solutions.
According to IDC, the market for embedded systems is growing rapidly, with more than 1.8 billion units and more than $1 trillion in revenue today. In 2015, the sector will double to nearly 4 billion units and more than $2 trillion in revenue. In total, on-board systems will require 14.5 billion microprocessors in 2015.

According to DisplaySearch, the global touchscreen market estimated at $13.4 billion in 2011 (mobile phone, game console and tablet screens accounting for $10.5 billion of these revenues) is expected to grow steadily over the next six years to reach $24 billion in 2017.
In parallel to the event, conferences and roundtables will be held- based on know-how, user testimonials and presentations of practical applications and workshops to present the latest innovations of exhibitors
The 2012 edition brought together nearly 5,800 visitors, 160 exhibiting and represented companies and nearly 1,000 listeners at the conferences.
