Oxylos is an automaton dedicated to monitoring the integrity of packaging in modified atmosphere - MAP. Oxylos combines gas analysis and leak measurement and bursting testing for rapid control - starting at 20s in combined testing.
With a constant pressure flow measurement, Oxylos is part of a reproducible, quantified, and measurable methodology. This technique applies to all types of packaging, even the most technical: flexible package, thermoformed, semi-rigid, rigid... By implementing a technology based on dynamic measurements, more accurate than traditional pressure measurements, L'Oxylos intervenes on a range of sensitivity ranging from 15 to 300 m (from 5 m in Labo configuration).
