Symop, Gimélec and Cisma organized the 4the label edition Productive ! alongside Louis Gallois and Alain Rousset. This sponsorship reaffirms the commitment of the Regions to working alongside manufacturers to encourage investment in production facilities, particularly by SMEs. The result? Territories densely populated with more competitive, more innovative companies, creating wealth and jobs. A vital network for building the industry of today and tomorrow.
3 trade associations, Symop*, Gimélec* and Cisma*, joined forces at the end of the year to award the following labels Productive ! to 15 French SMEs and ETIs who have invested in modernizing their production facilities. The aim is to promote the sustainable competitiveness of industrial companies, help boost business activity throughout France and boost employment.
For Alain Rousset, Chairman of the ARF: " The Factory of the Future is being built today. France's regions are in the front line when it comes to deploying industrial excellence programs for SMEs in their regions. The stakes are high: boosting competitiveness, improving working conditions, reducing the ecological footprint of companies, while adapting to regional specificities.. "
The diversity of the award-winning companies reflects that of the regions from which they originate. With winners based in Picardy, Aquitaine, Alsace and Île-de-France, and structures ranging in size from 14 to 800 employees, this ceremony underlines the shared ability to invest effectively in production facilities. Investment amounts ranged from less than
100,000 to over one million euros, also reflect the range of productive solutions and their adaptability to every business context.
The awards ceremony in December 2014 is part of the company's ongoing Be productive, a global, long-term initiative to promote productive investment, launched in September 2012 by Symop.
Beyond labels and awards, Be productive! is also a vast information and awareness campaign run by the profession. The aim? To reaffirm to the public authorities the strategic role of productive investment in the national economy, and to encourage the adoption of concrete measures to help companies in their daily battle for greater competitiveness. The year was marked by strong announcements: the "34 plans for the new industrial France" launched by the public authorities, accelerated depreciation for robotics investments included in the 2014 Finance Act, and the creation by the BPI, for SMIs and ETIs, of preferential financing for investments in robotics and digital technology (600 million euros).
