At the next edition of the Micronora show (September 25-28, 2018 in Besançon), one of the show's flagship events will be the demonstration of a UAP: a stand-alone production unit.
In Industry 4.0, once an order is accepted, the entire supply chain process is implemented requiring all players, services, studies, production, to be interconnected and act in a coherent and efficient manner, thus drastically limiting the waiting times between the various technical operations. The 2018 zoom will demonstrate that this revolution, which affects large groups head-on, should not be limited to them, but should also impact the industrial fabric of SMEs or even TPEs.
This is why Micronora has wanted to introduce a stand-alone production unit in operation that will include:
The link between the stations is provided by a mobile cart (AGV) equipped with a robotic arm thus eliminating the time lost between each station. The supervising software driving the AGV actually provides the link between the Internet of Things and in part with the internet services.
