Improving product knowledge is essential. The reliability and precision of quality controls guarantee the entire production chain, regardless of the industrial sector.

With its expertise in terms of quality control and industrial vision, and in order to meet the demand of many manufacturers, O2Game has developed the new quality control system: “Optri”.

Equipped with a 3D object measurement system or an industrial camera, this new quality control solution has the particularity of being able to inspect products according to their colors, their shapes, and detect their defects. In addition, its dedicated software evaluates the quality of products with great precision. Based on this characterization, the Optri system will then automatically sort the products under different qualitative classes.

In addition, Optri is made up of a certain number of complementary tools which make this system a real modular and turnkey solution, namely: a control screen, a conveyor belt, a unitary separation space, a zone 3D analysis and fault detection, a pneumatic ejection system for the analyzed products with possible sorting in 4 categories, a storage area with collection bins for objects to keep the order of passage, ...

To sort and inspect using machine vision

Machine vision is booming, driven by imaging technologies (profilometry, multispectral cameras, etc.) as well as by computer advances via machine learning.

The Optri system takes advantage of these new technologies to achieve precise quality control. All the analyzes carried out are thus saved on a database, thus offering an easy comparison between the different analyzes of the same type of product. In addition, the Optri system allows automatic control and evaluation of a batch of samples previously bulked or installed manually.

Designed to meet multiple quality control needs, this solution can be used for different types of analyzes:

  • Dimensions measurements.
  • Detection of morphological defects
  • Detection of chemical anomalies
  • Validation of assemblies
  • Parts compliance

A modular and turnkey system

The new Optri quality control system designed by O2Game is a turnkey solution and adaptable to each need. This solution is divided into several phases to determine the ideal configuration for each product: separation - analysis - sorting.

On the other hand, the width of its belt of 40 to 400 mm allows to transport a wide range of products. Its rate can be modulated from 1 to 24m / min.

Many industrial sectors, including the food industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, mechanics, automotive or electronics, can use the performance of this solution to inspect their products in real time to perform quality control in accordance with industrial requirements.
