As part of its Security and Detection department, HTDS is launching its design and announcing the release of an innovative automatic bin return system (TRS) for inspection/filtering station (PIF).

With its expertise and know-how in the field of safety, HTDS is now adding a new string to its bow and becoming a manufacturer. The company announces a first 100% "Made in HTDS" design with EasyTrayBack, an innovative automatic bin return system, dedicated to inspection/filtering stations with x-ray scanners.

A bespoke, turnkey and fully customizable solution, EasyTrayBack is designed to smooth the way through PIF. It is a simple system that can be adapted to all configurations and has the great distinction of making the presence of an operator unable. Fully automated, EasyTrayBack ensures the availability of a bin at the beginning of the line at all times without human intervention.

As efficient as airport systems, EasyTrayBack is more economical and combines installation flexibility and robustness. Easy to deploy and use, it's a modular, ergonomic solution that's designed to fit in and fit perfectly with all X-ray scanners on the market.

Thanks to its many assets, EasyTrayBack opens up new horizons for TRS systems that cease to be confined to airports. EasyTrayBack will be able to be implemented in many locations, including:

Transport infrastructure (stations, ports, etc.)
Public Institutions - Administrations
Museums - cultural venues
Prestigious places
Hotels, businesses
Prisons
Sensitive sites
• ...

An autonomous and modular system with easy maintenance

At the operational level, EasyTrayBack allows complete autonomy for travellers and visitors on screening inspection stations. Operators no longer need to intervene: everything is automated.

The choice of the length of the modules offers an arrival zone of flexible bins allowing visitors to retrieve their personal belongings and put the bin back in the gravity picker. The accumulation of bins inside the ETB makes it possible to make a tray available at the beginning of the line at any given moment.

At the technical and practical level, this new bin return system brings advantages:

Modularity and personalisation:

In order for this system to adapt perfectly to future innovations but also to products already on the market, HTDS has developed a fully adaptable modular turnkey solution.

Also, the easy and neat modular design of the EasyTrayBack allows it to easily adapt to the available space and offers buyers the possibility to customize certain finishes (rectangular angles, rounded, size of the opening of the bin hatch ...), as well as the main manufacturing materials (aluminium, wood, polycarbonate, plexiglass ...). As an option, a module can be added for UV disinfection of the bins.

Easier maintenance:

For easy maintenance, "clipsable" hatches can be installed on both sides of the EasyTrayBack to facilitate access to service operators. Maintenance hatches can be installed on the left side, and/or right side, depending on the needs and configurations chosen for optimal practicality. In addition, all internal conveyor modules are easily replaceable elements that have independent areas for rapid maintenance if necessary.
