Our WIRETEST range of test benches is designed to check the quality of crimped cable connections by accurately measuring the pull-out force of lugs in tensile tests. These complete, ready-to-use systems are equally suited to production, quality or laboratory testing. Equipped with a terminal carousel, they can be used to test different cable and terminal sizes without the need to change holding fixtures.

Motorized terminal tester: Wiretest 2
The Wiretest 2 test bench is designed to check the quality of terminal crimping. Successful crimping depends on the quality of the crimping tools and the correct setting of the crimping machines. Constant speed to automotive and aerospace standards.
+ info

Terminal self-test: Wiretest 1
The Wiretest 1 manual pull tester makes it easy to check crimp terminals in production or for quality control. Ideal for cables up to 4mm², it is designed to adapt to all types and sizes of contacts without changing tools, thanks to its carousel.
+ info

High-capacity cable test: Wiretest 3
The Wiretest 3 test bench is designed to check the quality of crimps on cable lugs up to 5kN. It is used for power cables, power harnesses and large terminals.
+ info

Wire pull test: Wiretest T1
Ideal for small cable cross-sections, this Wiretest 1 set measures the pull-out force of crimping on lugs up to 500 N. Thanks to its lever, it makes it quick and easy to check cable crimping after manufacture. The force gauge can be set to beep when the required force is reached.
