True to its tradition of innovation since 1958, Vision Engineering offers Makrolite 4K, a digital video inspection system offering a 40: 1 zoom (optical) ratio and 4K 3840 × 2160 pixel live images, without delay, with optical magnifications up to 330x.

According to the company, “these values are among the best on the market and allow for careful inspection and recording of very high quality images. "

Makrolite 4K complements an innovative range of digital microscopes such as the Evocam II (Full HD 60 fps) and DRV (2xFull HD stereo).

Makrolite 4K is intuitively controlled by a remote control which manages all the parameters of the device: 100% automatic adjustments (including very fast autofocus) up to complete expert adjustments of zoom, iris, gain, refresh rate, etc.

The console also allows the storage of three magnifications and light conditions to monitor samples efficiently, quickly and repeatably.

"For more advanced expertise needs Makrolite 4K can be fully managed by PC using our ViPlus software for viewing, calibrating, capturing, measuring and generating pre-recorded working documents," says one within Vision Engineering. This allows users to produce very readable and standardized professional reports in just a few clicks. "

According to the company, “thanks to its integrated adjustable frosted LED ring, Makrolite 4K provides exceptionally sharp images without highlighting that are particularly appreciated on electronic boards and metal parts, even polished ones. "

Makrolite 4K is available on any type of 4K screen, from the classic 27-inch to the small 15-inch screen installed in front of the user, further improving the overall ergonomics of the system. Indeed, with Makrolite 4K unlike conventional binoculars, there is no eyepiece, therefore no cross-contamination, no strain on the neck and back and no eye fatigue due to accommodation.

What about 4K? 4K or Ultra HD (UHD) is a resolution 4x higher than the Full HD standard in force for most TV shows and series today. 4x more pixels therefore 4x smaller pixels which offer a decidedly better image. With this precision and combined with the measurement software, Makrolite 4K becomes, according to its designers, “an extremely efficient dimensional control machine in the field. "

Makrolite 4K thus meets the stringent production, control and quality assurance requirements in the medical, electronics, automotive and aerospace sectors.
