JT A practical approach to estimating measurement uncertainties

The aim of this Technical Day on controlling measurement uncertainties is to provide an audience with experience of the subject with an overview of the issues at stake, existing methods as described in the GUM, and concrete, realistic examples of estimating uncertainties. To this end, various experts will present concepts and methods (GUM, GUM Supplement 1, Statistical Methods), and industrialists and laboratories will present concrete case studies in different application contexts.
This Technical Day is aimed at metrology managers from industry, laboratories, engineers and technicians who need fine-tuned control of their measurement processes.
