For this, Carl Berger-Levrault gives credibility to the security of its hosting via an ISO 27 001 certification. All solutions are tested by an external company with expertise in intrusion.
Finally, in order to help its customers in the compliance with the GDPR legislation in terms of personal data management, the entire application, including mobile extensions, has automatic anonymization mechanisms and validation of the GTCU (General Terms and Conditions of Use).

Carl Source 7 extends its contextualization possibilities with new graphics in order to best adapt to the expectations of its users. The reception portal has been enriched and its handling redesigned to inform, alert and guide the maintenance technician in the actions he must carry out on a daily basis.
The CMMS software has a new asset evaluation feature that enriches the health record of buildings, infrastructures and technical equipment.
This allows the technical services to have a complete and objective view of the heritage and thus to make the right decisions.
This new version offers a function of automatic allocation of resources on future interventions. It speeds up and simplifies intervention planning.
Finally, a customizable workflow configurator allows users to tailor software processes to their organizations. For example, a tool may have different state sequences than safety equipment.
Mobile CMMS applications at the service of actors in the field
For more than 10 years, Carl Berger-Levrault has made mobility a major development axis to meet the expectations of its field users. The solution Multiplatform mobile CMMS (Android and iOS) Carl Touch is enriched with an agenda simplifying the consultation of the planned or completed activity for technicians. RFID technology and the inventory of equipment in the field complete the functional richness of this new version.

The Carl Source 7 CMMS integrates the new BL.viz4D platform. This platform allows the display of 3D digital models (Bim & Cim) in interaction with the CMMS. This innovation complements the IoT platform and maintenance assisted by Artificial Intelligence already launched in 2021 and thus makes it possible to offer a complete vision of the digital twin of heritage (Digital Twin) to users.
