Rockwell Automation, the global specialist in industrial automation and digital transformation, has appointed Cyril Perducat as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, effective July 1. Cyril Perducat will report directly to Blake Moret, President and CEO of Rockwell Automation.
Cyril Perducat joins Rockwell from Schneider Electric, where he spent 25 years, most recently as Executive Vice President, Digital Solutions and Internet of Things. He has had a long career in charge of technology strategies, particularly concerning systems, software, networks and enterprise solutions.

Cyril Perducat succeeds Sujeet Chand, who recently announced his retirement. Sujeet Chand had been CTO at Rockwell since 2005. During his 35 years with the company, he held a number of positions of responsibility. He was most recently responsible for technical innovation, common architecture development, management of the company's technical staff and Rockwell's global business development with its ecosystem of strategic alliances and partnerships. He will work closely with Cyril Perducat until his retirement at the end of the calendar year.
