Evolis and Symop come together to become a leading industrial professional organization, active in defending the industry and its trades in France.
Meeting on November 25, the extraordinary general assemblies of Evolis (professional organization of capital goods), and Symop (union of machines and production technologies) largely approved the creation of a new professional organization. Jean-Claude Fayat, president of the eponymous group becomes the president, Fabien Vincentz, president of Marposs France has held the position of first vice-president since January 1, 2022.
Federating players from the capital goods and means of production sector
This merger is the result of an intention to bring together all the players who contribute to the competitiveness and efficiency (productivity, environment, etc.) of French industry through the modernization of the production tool.
Evolis Symop represents suppliers of capital goods and machinery for industrial production for all industrial sectors: mechanical and agri-food industries, construction and infrastructure, water and energy, chemicals, paper and wood, packaging and recycling.
Better representativeness
The attractiveness of industry, training, regulation, standardization, digitalization, productive investment, modernization of the French industrial fabric are priority topics for members who play a leading role in the modernization and competitiveness of all industrial sectors.
