The European group CARL Software, number one in GMAO and Asset Management in France, announces the creation of a new subsidiary: Carl Software Benelux, based in Brussels.
This new location is part of the international development plan led by Carl Software in recent years, which has enabled the company to acquire a leading position in Europe. It has been distributed for many years in Belgium by the company SI Group, which specializes in the deployment of management applications and technical infrastructures. Together, they have won strong references in the industrial, tertiary and health sectors.
Waldo Vandenhende of SI Group is proud to recall that"our commercial successes of recent years have significantly grown the Carl Software user community in Belgium. It was becoming increasingly important to be able to offer services to this community in direct liaison with the publisher. »
At the same time, says Eric Bonnet, CEO of Carl Software, "Carl Software wanted to expand its commercial presence in Flanders and the Netherlands; for this, it was essential to implement a dedicated Dutch-speaking infrastructure and teams, in addition to the French-speaking teams already in place. »
Paul-Henri De Fays, a recognized expert in industrial maintenance and GMAO for more than 20 years, is the director of the Subsidiary Carl Software Benelux. Paul Henri De Fays held senior positions at CSC, Steria and NSI, and most recently held various general management positions at SIVECO Group from 2010 to 2013.
CARL Software will officially launch its new subsidiary at the Brussels Maintenance show on 20 and 21 March 2013 (stand D 014). On this occasion, the publisher will present its new CARL Source 4 software and its mobile touch application CARL Touch.
