The European group CARL Software, No. 1 in CMMS and Asset Management in France, announces the creation of a new subsidiary: Carl Software Benelux, based in Brussels.

This new location is part of Carl Software's international development plan over recent years, which has enabled the company to acquire a leading position in Europe. For many years, Carl Software has been distributed in Belgium by SI Group, a company specialized in the deployment of management applications and technical infrastructures. Together, they have won solid references in the industrial, tertiary and healthcare sectors.

Waldo Vandenhende, of SI Group, is proud to point out that, ". our commercial successes over the last few years have led to a significant growth in the Carl Software user community in Belgium. It became increasingly important to be able to offer this community services in direct liaison with the publisher. "

At the same time, continues Eric Bonnet, CEO of Carl Software, " Carl Software wanted to expand its sales presence in Flanders and the Netherlands; to do this, it was essential to implement a dedicated Dutch-speaking infrastructure and teams, in addition to the French-speaking teams already in place. "

The management of the Carl Software Benelux subsidiary has been entrusted to Paul-Henri De Fays, a recognized expert in industrial maintenance and CMMS for over 20 years. Paul Henri De Fays has held senior positions at CSC, Steria and NSI, and more recently, various general management positions at SIVECO Group from 2010 to 2013.

CARL Software will officially launch its new subsidiary at the Maintenance show in Brussels on March 20 and 21, 2013 (stand D 014). On this occasion, the publisher will present its new CARL Source 4 software and its CARL Touch touchscreen mobile application. CARL Touch is one of the 3 finalists selected by BEMAS for the 2013 Best Innovation Award, which will be presented at the show.
