Sophie Dominjon, 51, marketing and communications director of Dekra Industrial since 2008, has just been appointed sales manager and general manager of the group. At the same time, she became general secretary of Dekra France.

A graduate of HEC and a former professional sportswoman, Sophie Dominjon spent nearly twenty years in Microsoft's Marketing and Commercial services before joining Dekra Industrial where she notably coordinated international marketing in Europe.

In her new role, she will not only have to develop Dekra Industrial in France, but also promote synergies with Dekra Automotive within Dekra France. To achieve this, it intends to mobilize the teams around a bold and unifying project. "Our employees are the main drivers of the company's success. It is through their involvement and dynamism that we will consolidate our success on a daily basis. That's why I'm committed to bringing their energies together, and we're doing everything we can to make them enjoy working and evolving within Dekra," explains Sophie Dominjon.

As one of the few women in a predominantly male background, Sophie Dominjon intends to shake up the established order by building on the qualities that have always animated her: listening, commitment and a fierce desire to innovate constantly.
