The EFQM

Useful to give coherence to several strategic projects and instil a business dynamic, it is used by more than 30,000 organizations in order to improve their performance.
It provides a better understanding of the cause-and-effect relationship between what an organization does and the results it achieves based on a 360-degree self-assessment of the 5 Operating Factors and the 4 outcome criteria.
This model is also based on 8 fundamentals dear to the Endress-Hauser family group: creating value for customers; Contribute to a sustainable future Develop the organization's capabilities Mobilizing creativity and innovation lead in a visionary, inspired and honest way; manager with agility; succeed by the talent of the staff; support outstanding results.
