After graduating from C2E in 2013, Endress-Hauser's Service business now has the R4E level of recognition. The objective is clear: to strengthen the company's leading position, satisfy customers and motivate partners and employees.

As part of Senate Business Day on March 31, 2016, Senate President Gérard Larcher presented the R4E diploma for service activities, and C2E for other activities to Laurent Mulley, Commercial Director, and Philippe Genevé, Service Director of Endress-Hauser France.

The EFQM

The EFQM model of excellence, of which the AFNOR Group is the representative in France, is one of the most popular management tools in Europe. Useful to give coherence to several strategic projects and instil a business dynamic, it is used by more than 30,000 organizations in order to improve their performance.

It provides a better understanding of the cause-and-effect relationship between what an organization does and the results it achieves based on a 360-degree self-assessment of the 5 Operating Factors and the 4 outcome criteria.

This model is also based on 8 fundamentals dear to the Endress-Hauser family group: creating value for customers; Contribute to a sustainable future Develop the organization's capabilities Mobilizing creativity and innovation lead in a visionary, inspired and honest way; manager with agility; succeed by the talent of the staff; support outstanding results.

Quote from Laurent Mulley, Commercial Director of Endress-Hauser France:

"This diploma is further proof of Endress-Hauser's commitment to continuous improvement. Our goal is clearly to strengthen our leadership position, satisfy our customers and motivate our partners and collaborators. It is thanks to the involvement of all our employees and their skills that today we receive this award. »

Quote from Philippe Genevé, Services Director of Endress-Hauser France:

"The EFQM approach is in perfect coherence with the group's slogan, 'People for process automation', which illustrates a desire to place people at the centre of the company's concerns. This award reflects the result of our employees' commitment to the pursuit of operational excellence. In the interests of innovation, continuous improvement and differentiation, we are committed to continuing our efforts to reach a new level of EFQM recognition very quickly. »
