EFQM
The EFQM excellence model, represented in France by AFNOR, is one of the most popular management tools in Europe. It is used by more than 30,000 organizations to improve their performance.
It provides a better understanding of the cause-and-effect relationships between what an organization does and the results it achieves, based on a 360° self-assessment of the 5 Operating Factors and 4 Results criteria.
This model is also based on 8 fundamentals dear to the Endress+Hauser family group: creating value for customers; contributing to a sustainable future; developing the organization's capabilities; mobilizing creativity and innovation; leading with vision, inspiration and integrity; managing with agility; succeeding through the talent of our people; sustaining outstanding results.
Quote from Laurent Mulley, Sales Director, Endress+Hauser France:
"This diploma is further proof of Endress+Hauser's commitment to continuous improvement. Our objective is clearly to strengthen our leadership position, satisfy our customers and motivate our partners and employees. It is thanks to the commitment of all our employees and their skills that we are receiving this award today."
Quote from Philippe Genevé, Services Director, Endress+Hauser France:
"The EFQM approach is perfectly in line with the Group's slogan, "People for process automation", which illustrates our determination to place people at the heart of the company's concerns. This award is the fruit of our employees' commitment to the quest for operational excellence. With a view to innovation, continuous improvement and differentiation, we are determined to pursue our efforts to rapidly achieve a new level of EFQM recognition."
