The new Class 320 incorporates the latest market technologies to provide professionals with ultra-precise monitoring of their controlled environments.
Sauermann inherits Kimo's 45 years of expertise and continues to perfect its art of measurement with a new generation of high-end multifunction transmitters for the most demanding controlled environments: the Si-C320 and Si-CPE320 succeed the C 310 and CPE 310...
This new Class 320 is now equipped with a color touchscreen in a housing with improved sealing (IP66), whose materials are resistant to sterilization processes using vaporized hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ). The Si-C320 is a fixed external station with 4 channels for measurement, alarm and analog or RS485 transmission. The Si-CPE320 is a 3-channel flush-mounted station, with 316L stainless steel front panel.
Class 320 transmitters also come with a new mobile app available on Windows, iOS and Android: Sauermann Control. It provides access to all parameter-setting options via a wireless connection. An optional software monitoring system is also available to manage the entire network of sensor-transmitters installed within a building.
These high-precision instruments are accompanied by 15 new, latest-generation probes, including differential pressure modules with temperature compensation and solenoid-valve autocalibration (Si-PRO-DP), as well as stainless-steel thermohygrometric probes that can be flush-mounted for use in cleanrooms (Si-PROU-W), or externally heated and pollution-proof (Si-PRO-U-I-100-H).
Manufactured in France at the Sauermann plant in Montpon-Ménestérol, Dordogne, the Class 320 is assembled on ultra-modern production lines, then calibrated in the company's in-house laboratories, which are Cofrac-certified for temperature and humidity. Some of the production equipment, such as the quality control cameras, have been partially financed by the France Relance plan, which assists companies identified by the French government as "key enterprises" in the revival of the French industrial fabric.
