To enhance the customer experience worldwide, Creaform has inaugurated several new local service centers, and is already planning to open more by the end of the year.
Creaform, an Ametek business unit specializing worldwide in automated and portable 3D measurement solutions, has inaugurated seven new service centers since the beginning of the year: in Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Mexico, Taiwan in collaboration with General Integration Technology (GIT), in Indonesia in collaboration with PT. Global Digital Form, in Turkey in collaboration with Mega Danışmanlık Temsilcilik Dış Tic. A.Ş, and in the UK in collaboration with Measurement Solutions Limited.
The international company also plans to open further centers in Malaysia, Israel, Australia, India, Singapore, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam. With these nine additional service centers in the pipeline, a total of 16 countries are targeted for 2023 and early 2024.
Designed to simplify the customer experience and optimize the customer journey, these new service centers will specialize in a full range of services, including hardware and software support, calibration, diagnostics, logistics and supplies procurement. The proximity of these centers will enable faster service and lower shipping costs, as well as multilingual service and support, so that customers can make the most of their products and solutions.
