Comparateur ABSOLUTE Digimatic ID-S Solaire

Mitutoyo a developpé le premier comparateur solaire. Il n’existe aucun produit équivalent à ce jour dans le monde.

Il existait quelques produits d’instrumentation fonctionnant sans pile comme le pied à coulisse Mitutoyo, mais Mitutoyo a maintenant développé le premier comparateur solaire. Il s’agit du premier comparateur solaire (fonctionnant sans pile) dans le monde.

Le comparateur ID-S à énergie solaire de Mitutoyo exige seulement une intensité d’illumination de 40 lux pour fonctionner.
Il est utilisable dans des environnements très faiblement éclairés et même si le comparateur a été éteint au préalable. En effet, si l’intensité d’illumination est au-dessous de la limite 40 lux, le comparateur ID-S dispose d’un condensateur intégré – jusqu’à 160 minutes, pourvu que l’on ait précédemment permis au condensateur de se charger complètement à une intensité d’illumination excédant 40 lux.
Le comparateur ID-S Solaire exige seulement un environnement de travail ordinaire pour être complètement fonctionnel. En effet selon des directives sur un lieu de travail, on recommande une intensité d’illumination de 300 lux pour travailler sur des machines-outils. Beaucoup plus que nécessaire pour que l’ID-S soit opérationnel.
Le comparateur ID-S incorpore également la technologie Absolute développée par Mitutoyo. Il dispose de caractéristiques techniques à la pointe de la technologie :

  • Une précision de 0,003 µm 
  • Une capacité de 12,7 mm 
  • Une force de mesure ? 1,5N 
  • Un affichage LCD de 6 digits 
  • Une touche bille en carbure, filetage M 2,5 x 0,45 mm
