The tried-and-tested ATOS Triple Scan series has now been expanded with the ATOS Triple Scan 12M. With its two 12-megapixel cameras, Triple Scan and Blue Light technology, the ATOS Triple Scan 12M offers a unique combination of high-resolution scanning and high data quality for demanding applications.
The ATOS Triple Scan 12M offers high detail resolution, particularly suitable for demanding scans such as injection-molded or cast parts, like turbine blades, where leading and trailing edges play an important role.
Like all ATOS 3D scanners, the ATOS Triple Scan 12M uses proven GOM stereoscopic camera technology to combine the highest data quality with process reliability. Each of the two cameras records 12 million measurement points per scan, offering unprecedented data density and quality. GOM stereoscopic camera technology ensures process safety, by constantly monitoring the measurement system and changes in the environment, while providing the user with direct feedback.
Of course, the ATOS Triple Scan 12M benefits from all the advantages of the ATOS Triple Scan family, including GOM Triple Scan & Blue Light technology.
Faster measurement processes with Triple Scan & Blue Light technology
The ATOS Triple Scan uses measurement and projection technology specially developed by GOM. In addition to GOM's stereoscopic camera technology, the ATOS Triple Scan also uses separate left and right cameras in combination with the projector. This process comprises 3 individual sensors providing different perspective views of the object. Thanks to this proven technology, the ATOS Triple Scan produces highly accurate measurements of glossy surfaces, complete data on complex components with deep recesses or fine edges. This reduces the number of scans required and simplifies handling.
The ATOS Triple Scan features state-of-the-art GOM Blue Light technology. This narrow-band blue light projection technique enables precise measurement, regardless of lighting conditions. It also benefits from extremely long life and minimal maintenance.
