Premium hand tool manufacturer Stahlwille has developed the TCS 'Tool Control System' to meet the most stringent safety requirements, primarily in the aerospace sector. Based on the TCS, Stahlwille develops tailor-made solutions to guarantee a high level of quality and safety in its customers' processes.
Stahlwille's TCS system ensures that all tools are quickly visually checked and reinstated to prevent damage caused by forgotten items, whether during work on an aircraft or subassembly, or during maintenance or assembly operations.
TCS naturally meets the requirements of the FOD (Foreign Object Damage) aeronautical standard. The system is also resistant to Skydrol, a highly corrosive, fire-resistant hydraulic fluid commonly used in the aerospace industry. All Stahlwille tools are cadnium-free, making them suitable for work on titanium alloy parts and titanium fittings.
With the TCS system, tools are stored in chemical-resistant safety trays, which feature high-precision, three-dimensional cut-outs. Yellow alert! A glance is all it takes to check that all the tools are there: a yellow slot means that a tool is missing. TCS provides structured storage and represents an investment that quickly pays for itself in terms of lost tools and the speed with which they can be found.
