Metrologic Group propose une nouvelle offre technologique : X4 i-Robot, une solution robotisée de mesure 3D en ligne avec Metrolog X4.

La technologie X4 i-Robot, adaptée à tous les robots industriels, permet d’obtenir une solution de métrologie de production à la fois précise, fiable et flexible. X4 i-Robot est parfaitement adaptée pour des applications nécessitant productivité et flexibilité tout en offrant une grande précision métrologique.

  • Précision de mesure totalement indépendante de celle du robot.
  • Synchronisme parfait entre les mesures et les déplacements du robot.
  • Pilotage intégral des trajectoires du robot depuis Metrolog X4.

Le système de mesure X4 i-Robot est basé sur un scanner laser à très haute vitesse d’acquisition embarqué au bout d’un poignet robot multiaxes. Le robot, de tout type et marque, sans précision spécifique, se comporte comme un simple outil porteur. La précision de la mesure est assurée soit par une caméra de suivi séparée qui suit le boîtier du capteur laser équipé de leds infrarouges de positionnement, soit par un système de laser tracker. La précision typique est de l’ordre de 100 µm.
