Mark-10's Series 7 digital force gauges are designed with a number of sophisticated features for the most demanding tension and compression measurement applications. With a measurement range of up to 250 kgF (2500N), and a measurement frequency of 14,000 Hz, the Series 7 force gauge is one of the few, if not the only, professional force gauge on the market to offer these features. Wimesure partner Mark-10's decision to bring out this high-performance product stems from the fact that its customers were looking for a measuring instrument delivering reliable results for extremely rapid test actions.
Accuracy is ± 0.1% ± 1 digit on screen and resolution 1/5000. Featuring a backlit display with large characters, the screen is easy to read. The simple, intuitive menu navigation provides rapid access to the dynamometer's many functions and configurable parameters. USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic) interfaces and analog outputs enable data transfer to a PC or other PLC data collector.
The Mark-10 Series 7 dynamometer has the same functions as the Series 5, with several new features such as: continuous recording of measured data, with a storage capacity of 5000 values at an acquisition frequency of 14,000 Hz. With a Series 7, you can now measure, record and analyze in even greater detail all the phenomena that occur during your tests, even in the most stringent sectors such as forensics. It also features a footswitch function, a break detection function and first/second peak detection. What's more, to enhance your productivity, data transfer and storage is automatic, and reset functions on completion of break detection are available. Series 7 Force Gauges are directly compatible with Mark-10 test stands, including the ESM301, to enable functions such as fracture testing, tensile testing, compression testing, dynamic load holding, PC control capability, and many other applications.
