The WT3-200 is designed to check the crimp quality of your terminals. A pull-out test is a rapid, destructive method of assessing the mechanical properties of a crimped connection (terminal). These tensile force tests on electrical wires help to determine the exact value leading to sample breakage. Equipped with an ergonomic lever, this test bench enables you to easily apply a force of up to 1000N, and assess whether or not your crimping processes are operating correctly. The WT03-200's carousel allows you to test lugs or cables of different sizes, as the mechanical interfaces (carousels) are interchangeable for the different tests to be carried out. A large, backlit, graphic LCD display shows the measured values, including the peak value. Measurements are taken at a sampling frequency of 7000Hz, giving an accuracy of ±0.2%. Various units of measurement can be selected from the crimp tester's intuitive menu. And like most of our force gauges, measured and recorded values can be transferred to a PC or other data collector via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs. The result of a well-crimped fitting is a reliable connection, both mechanically and electrically. That's why Wimesure is at your disposal to help you achieve this goal, whether it's a matter of standards or quality.
