Aéronautique : création de l’alliance française SEMI dans le domaine des essais

Faite au cours du salon du Bourget, l’annonce a fait moins de bruit que les vols des nouveaux avions ou l’explosion des carnets de commande des constructeurs. Mais, dans l’univers de la mesure, elle a son importance. Il s’agit du lancement de l’alliance française SEMI dans le domaine de la simulation, des essais et de la mesure & instrumentation pour l’aéronautique. La plupart des sociétés concernées sont des PME et l’objectif est de pouvoir présenter des solutions plus complètes lorsque les grands donneurs d’ordre lancent des appels d’offre pour la réalisation de bancs de test dans le domaine de l’aéronautique. 
L’association SEMI regroupe deux laboratoires (l’ENSEA et l’ENSTA ParisTech) et quatorze entreprises. Parmi ces dernières, on trouve quelques grands groupes comme Dassault Systèmes or Safran-Messier Bugatti Dowty, mais surtout des PME (Silkan, Avantis Technology, Celians, ControlSys, BCSA Gear, Nexyad, RMS, SDI, Sysma ou encore Texense).
L’association, hébergée par le pôle de compétitivité AsTech Paris Région, jouera également un rôle pédagogique afin de faire connaître les technologies développées par ses membres.
