With the V-Series ScopeCheck and VideoCheck, Werth Messtechnik offers multi-sensor coordinate measuring machines for the precise measurement of rotationally symmetrical parts (tools, shafts, gears, etc.). The multisensor concept enables measurement of gear teeth and other features of asymmetrical parts, such as lubrication holes or control cams.
The image analysis sensor can be combined with other sensors, such as mechanical probes, laser probes and the patented Werth fiber probe. Image analysis allows rapid measurement of diameters, while contact sensors can be used for flats or holes. The laser can be used on tools to measure draft angles.
All standard attachment systems can be adapted for flexible workpiece gripping. Tightening error (wobble) is compensated by a patented mathematical method for determining the part axis.
The new WinWerth 7.32 measurement software makes operation simple and efficient. For automatic tool measurement on the ScopeCheck V, an interface with Numroto, Rollomatic and Esco is available.
The modular design makes it easy to upgrade the machine, even after it has been installed on site.
