Our new edition of WebTV is filmed on the ACTALIA site in Saint-Lô to talk about equipment hygiene.
We will be visiting the new Food Safety Research and Development Center. This is the technical center where equipment for food processing is tested with a view to EHEDG certification.
In this special "hygienicity" issue:
- Nicolas Rossi, certifier and EHEDG board member, will talk to us about hygienic design;
- We will then visit the technical center where certification tests are carried out;
