Carl Zeiss Services opens a second service facility in Marly-le-Roi

Suite à la modernisation et au renouvellement du parc machines de Carl Zeiss Services à Sablé-sur-Sarthe, le centre de compétences Carl Zeiss Services a ouvert un nouvel établissement de prestations de services à Marly-le-Roi (Yvelines).

Ce nouveau laboratoire de prestations de services est équipé de moyens techniques performants et innovants issus des toutes dernières technologies Zeiss. Les techniciens métrologues hautement qualifiés y contrôlent chaque jour diverses pièces très complexes.

De plus, Carl Zeiss Services a refait entièrement son site internet afin que le visiteur puisse trouver facilement les réponses à ses questions et ainsi améliorer son expérience.

Soucieux d’apporter le service de qualité le mieux adapté, le centre de compétences cherche à comprendre les attentes de ses clients afin de les conseiller, d’anticiper les problématiques et proposer des solutions.

Ses investissements ont un objectif phare : l’orientation service client. Outre la volonté d’anticiper les besoins des clients en offrant des solutions de plus en plus techniques tout en proposant un service de qualité, l’agence Carl Zeiss Services cherche à étendre ses prestations sur le territoire français afin d’être au plus près de ses clients.
