Endress+Hauser recognized with Frost & Sullivan 2020 Global Company of the Year Award for Liquid Analyzers
Based on its recent analysis of the global liquid analyzer market, market research and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan has honored Endress+Hauser with the title of Global Company of the Year 2020. The Group impressed the jury with its robust product line, customer-focused approach and industry-leading knowledge of liquid analysis.
The Global Company of the Year Award recognizes a high degree of innovation in products and technologies, and the resulting leadership in terms of customer capital and market penetration. "Customer-oriented innovation is the basis for the success of our strategy," says Dr. Manfred Jagiella, CEO of Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis. As a member of the Group's Board of Directors, he is responsible for the Analysis Division.
Cutting-edge sensor technology
Endress+Hauser became a forerunner in the instrumentation and digital solutions market with the introduction of Memosens sensors in 2004. By converting the measured value into a digital signal and transferring it contact-free to the receiver, its technology redefines the concept of liquid analysis.
"Endress+Hauser is developing the next generation of Memosens technology, with more diagnostics and functionality. Thanks to these initiatives, Endress+Hauser remains at the top of the product innovation curve."says Janani Balasundar, Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan.
Eliminating key maintenance challenges
Endress+Hauser eliminates major maintenance challenges on its analyzers. The Liquiline System CA80PH orthophosphate analyzer reduces operating costs thanks to its low reagent consumption. It also guarantees high equipment availability thanks to automatic calibration and cleaning, and easy, tool-free maintenance. To speed up troubleshooting, the multi-parameter Liquiline Mobile CML18 can be combined with Memosens sensors to help site technicians quickly measure every measuring point in the plant.
Ready for Industry 4.0
In addition, Endress+Hauser's next-generation Heartbeat Technology offers continuous process and device diagnostics, documented verification without process interruption, and information for condition-based maintenance. "It enhances device functions by using process data to support process optimization and condition monitoring strategies."says sector analyst Janani Balasundar.
With the Netilion IIoT ecosystem, all measurements, process data and diagnostics from field devices can be used for cloud-based applications. In this way, the company's digital services monitor the health of devices, analyze the installed base of devices, and help organize asset-related files and documents. According to Janani Balasundar, "With Endress+Hauser solutions, the industry is ready for Industry 4.0."
