Two new Wika monoblocks equipped with sensors are used to control and regulate the properties of fluids in pipelines. The IBS3 model was developed for sampling, the IBJ4 model for injection procedures.
Compact monoblocks can be delivered with point valves and/or ball valves in a double-isolated and purging configuration. The layout of the valves depends on the application and the same applies to the length and material of the probe. The IBJ model also incorporates an anti-return valve that prevents two-way flow during the injection process.
The manufacture of the two instrumentation valves allows the valves to function smoothly and accurately with a low torque. Single-blockers equipped with ball valves also feature a redundant metal-polymer sealing system that has been tested in accordance with BS6755 / ISO 5208 leak rate A.
