New 1200 ° C horizontal metrology furnace: high stability and uniformity

AOIP introduces on the French market a new high temperature horizontal furnace intended for the calibration of thermocouples.

This oven completes the 875 and 878 high temperature range. It offers stability of 0.1 ° C and axial and radial uniformities of 0.25 ° C at 1200 ° C.

It has three heating zones, and, to ensure optimum productivity, heats from 23 ° C to 1200 ° C in 40 minutes and cools from 1200 to 300 ° C in 90 minutes.

Its depth is 600mm. Its design offers perfect insulation of the heating power, thus avoiding interference affecting the quality of the measurements. It has a display screen for viewing the temperature and entering the setpoints.

Cleverly equipped with an adjustable probe support system, it allows the calibration of long thermocouples, which are found in the aeronautics and heat treatment sectors.

The inserts can be supplied in alumina or metal.

Finally, it is equipped with the latest communications technologies, allowing it to be interfaced with calibration or process control software. Three models are available.

Each calibrator comes with its NIST traceable calibration certificate, connector kit, test cables.

Additel has been a supplier of pressure calibration solutions for industry test instruments for over 18 years.
