The new Wika single-piece with IBF1 bridle fitting has been designed for applications in the process industry. The compact design incorporates a stop valve to separate the process from the side of the instrument.

According to the company, Wika is one of the few if not the only manufacturers to offer the delivery of hook-up subsets, i.e. measuring instruments mounted on single-block devices (or any other valves or manifolds), both types of components being otherwise produced by Wika.

Quality of the instrument and isolation device, quality of assembly, safety of the waterproofing test carried out on 100% of the fixtures: Wika intends to respond to the concerns of users and offer immediate benefits for the installation which boils down to the assembly of the subset on the process.

The one-piece construction and double sealing (metal and plastic), tested according to the BS6755 / ISO 5208 leak rate A, give this compact isolation device the greatest possible safety. Its high-quality manufacturing ensures easy handling, even at high process pressures. The IBF1 model can be equipped with a ball valve or point valve.

The new instrumentation valve complements the existing one-piece range, which includes the IBF2 (block-bleed) and IBF3 (double block - bleed) models.

All IBF models can also be mounted on level indicators and instruments to measure differential pressure for level measurement.
