From September 6 to 9, 2021 at Eurexpo Lyon, Measurement World will bring together all the players in the measurement industry, offering business meetings, demonstrations, conferences and the 20th International Congress of Metrology all in one place. The show has become the leading face-to-face event for measurement professionals in over a year.
In order to benefit from the entire ecosystem and all user markets, Measurement World & CIM2021 will be integrated into the Global Industrie trade show.
Measurement World 2021, technologies, methods and processes in step with innovation
Measurement World is the showcase for the Measurement community in its broadest sense, including analysis, control, process, vision and optics.
▪ An event that addresses the concerns of all those involved in measurement - companies, trade associations, company networks, technical colleges, training players - it reaches out to both industrial and scientific audiences. Business meetings, demonstrations and free-access technical conferences will punctuate these 4 days.
▪ An event offering a comprehensive overview of today's measurement solutions. This exhibition promotes best practices in the sector, the breadth of technological solutions and all the benefits of measurement (control, optimization, productivity, quality, reliability, data enhancement...), aimed at all industrial sectors:
CIM2021 complements Measurement World's technical expertise
In partnership with Measurement World, the International Metrology Congress will take place from September 7 to 9 at Eurexpo Lyon. CIM2021, dedicated to industrial best practices and R&D applied to measurement, analysis and testing, will focus on 3 areas of application: Industry 4.0, Green Deal and Health.
The program includes 200 conferences and six industry roundtables.
The conferences will provide an opportunity to learn about recent advances in various technical fields (mechanics, electromagnetism, flow, temperature, photonics, chemistry, biology, but also data, AI, statistics, quantum technologies, etc.). They will also provide an update on measurement and quality processes, measurement uncertainties, accreditation, compliance and risks, cost optimization, etc.

The six round tables will focus on :
# Metrology in the digital age # The role of international organizations Metrology and Quality in the 4.0 transition # The challenges of on-site measurements # Health and metrology: a common challenge # Industrial emissions: the contribution of metrology to compliance with new requirements # The metrology of the future: what skills?
The CIM audience is made up of participants from 45 countries: 70 % from industry and 30% from reference, teaching and research organizations. All business sectors are represented.
