Trescal, a global specialist in metrology services, recently announced the acquisition of Cleanroom Management International (CMI) in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, and Aviatronik in Italy. These two companies have a total turnover of 13 million euros and have more than 100 employees. These are Trescal's 7th and 8th acquisitions in 2021 and the 32nd and 33rd since the acquisition by Omers in April 2018.
Founded in 1991, Cleanroom Management International brings together five sites serving the largest pharmaceutical companies and the healthcare sector. CMI specializes in the qualification of clean rooms, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems and heat mapping as well as the calibration of particle counters and photometers.
Founded in 1983, Aviatronik is based in Milan and Rome and is accredited in radio frequency. The company has more than 700 customers, mainly in the aerospace and defense sectors.
Guillaume Caroit, CEO of Trescal Groupe: "These acquisitions are perfectly in line with our strategy: Cleanroom Management International complements our healthcare offer in North-West Europe, while Aviatronik's radio frequency skills strengthen our technical expertise for the aerospace and defence industry in Southern Europe."
