Trescal, a global specialist in metrology services, recently announced the acquisition of Cleanroom Management International (CMI) in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, and Aviatronik in Italy. These two companies generate total sales of €13 million and employ over 100 people. These are Trescal's 7th and 8th acquisitions in 2021, and its 32nd and 33rd since being acquired by Omers in April 2018.
Founded in 1991, Cleanroom Management International comprises five sites serving leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. CMI specializes in the qualification of cleanrooms, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems and thermal mapping, as well as the calibration of particle counters and photometers.
Founded in 1983, Aviatronik has offices in Milan and Rome, and is accredited in radio frequency. The company has over 700 customers, mainly in the aerospace and defense sectors.
Guillaume Caroit, General Manager of Trescal Groupe: "These acquisitions fit in perfectly with our strategy: Cleanroom Management International complements our healthcare offering in North-Western Europe, while Aviatronik's radio frequency skills strengthen our technical expertise for the aerospace and defense industries in Southern Europe."
