When it comes to measuring indoor or outdoor distances, Micro-Epsilon's optoNCDT ILR2250-100-H laser distance sensors are used. They are available with heating and cooling elements to provide stable results in measuring ranges up to 150 m.
When measuring displacement and distance over large trajectories, optoNCDT ILR2250 laser distance sensors provide reliable results. These sensors can be installed indoors as well as outdoors. For outdoor use, laser distance sensors are available with heating and cooling which allows their operation with temperatures from -40 °C to +65 °C. Their construction with a die-cast aluminum case, is also very robust.
The measurement results are reliable and accurate for distances up to 150 m. This also applies to dark, structured and low-reflective surfaces. The different measurement modes allow adaptation to the respective measurement task.
The laser distance sensor is used, among others, in logistics, automation, metallurgical industry and production monitoring.
