In order to help its clients meet the technological challenges they face and to benefit from the new opportunities that the ongoing digital transformation of the industry brings, Beamex opens a new subsidiary and strengthens its presence in Sweden. This change will lay the foundations for a more comprehensive and transversal support for Beamex customers.
Beamex's distributor in Sweden, JMex, has been a trusted partner for over 30 years. With the increase and diversity of calibration solution offerings that Beamex offers and with a growing need for customer support, a direct presence will provide even more support to customers to implement their process change. JMex will support Beamex to ensure a gradual transition.
Beamex knows that a direct approach in Sweden will foster closer relationships and bring more added value to its customers. The geographical proximity to Beamex's headquarters, which is located across the Gulf of Bothnia on the west coast of Finland, is ideal for the Swedish structure that shares the same Nordic language and culture. Beamex will support its Swedish customers with a team of experts made up of people working in the sales, marketing and customer service departments.
"Beamex aims to be the trusted partner of its customers in the continuous improvement of their processes, for more sustainable operations as well as for metrology of excellence. To enable this level of support and guidance, we felt we needed a more direct presence that went beyond what we can provide through distributors. With this change, Beamex will be closer to its customers and it will be more accessible to do business with them, while continuing to provide quality services and a digital and seamless metrological experience ," said Tom Sonntag, Director for the Nordics at Beamex.
