Acquisition of Nimtech by AOIP

The Asgard Group continues its acquisition strategy by concluding on October 14, 2022, the acquisition of Nimtech through AOIP, its 100% subsidiary.

Created in 2010 by a team of engineers, designers of measuring and test instruments, Nimtech has developed ranges of innovative instrumentation equipment. Based on a wealth of experience in the fields of applications related to the pyrotechnics environment, Nimtech designs and manufactures products adapted to standard industrial uses and also provides solutions to specific needs. Nimtech has a diversified presence in the Aerospace, Armaments, Automotive, Industry and Energy sectors.

AOIP also supplies worldwide test and instrumentation systems that integrate all the necessary safety requirements for use in pyrotechnic environments. AOIP designs and manufactures, for example, fuzes for pyrotechnic initiators, insulation controllers and equipment carrying out continuity and/or isolation measurements on pyrotechnic systems. The integration of Nimtech will allow AOIP to strengthen the richness of its solutions and expand its ability to meet the needs of its customers.

Sofimae has seven Cofrac accreditations (Temperature, Pressure, Time – Frequency, Electricity – Magnetism, Dimensional, Photometer and Ionizing Radiation) and operates from its laboratories based in the Paris region, the Lille region and Nevers
