Measurement expert JRI offers a new generation of solutions for monitoring temperature, humidity and other parameters that draw on the strengths of new IoT technologies. The JRI-MySirius application enables measurements to be supervised and exploited via modules designed to offer users an experience dedicated to their business activities.
Because metrology is a vital link in measurement quality, JRI has launched the Calibration module, enabling its customers to carry out metrological operations on their data loggers and temperature probes in complete autonomy.
The JRI-MySirius solution is widely used in the laboratory sector, where compliance with ISO 15 189 is mandatory. It now includes an integrated module enabling metrologists and quality managers to comply with equipment calibration and metrological traceability requirements.
The new JRI-MySirius Calibration module enables you to calibrate, check and adjust recorders in the Nano SPY, LoRa SPY and Digital Sensor Evolution ranges (excluding digital probes and precision Nano SPY TH) developed by JRI.
It offers a range of functions developed to automate metrological operations processes and increase efficiency:
- Multi-point calibration with automatic search for best measurement stability
- Automatic correction of measurement errors with modeling to improve probe accuracy
- Multi-point adjustment
- Use of Maximum Tolerated Errors for JRI or custom measurement chains
- Customize metrological reports
- Calibration bench control for up to 20 JRI digital probes.
To optimize the intervention time of your metrologists, the Calibration module lets you configure calibration programs to the usual monitoring conditions, declare all your measurement chains, furnaces, baths, chambers and other calibration equipment, and follow the metrological operation step by step, right through to the report.
Calibration results and corrections automatically feed back into the JRI-MySirius application to update equipment life sheets. The history of metrological operations can also be consulted.
The optional Calibration module comes in two levels of use, and is currently available with the JRI-MySirius Cloud solution. The use of Nano SPY Référence and LoRa SPY Référence connected standards facilitates the calibration of loggers in their respective ranges.
JRI is already planning a number of new features for the coming weeks, including the launch of new digital probes to optimize the modeling of measurement errors, the compatibility of the Calibration module with measurement chains from other manufacturers, its availability as a Server solution, drift analysis between two calibrations, and bath control.
