As a measurement expert, JRI offers a new generation of solutions for monitoring temperature, humidity and other parameters that build on the strengths of new IoT technologies. The JRI-MySirius application allows you to monitor and exploit measurements via modules designed to offer users an experience dedicated to the activities of their business.
Because metrology is a crucial link in measurement quality, JRI launches the Calibration module and thus allows its customers to perform metrological operations autonomously on their temperature loggers and probes.
Widely implemented in the laboratory environment, subject to compliance with the ISO 15 189 standard, the JRI-MySirius solution now has an integrated module allowing metrologists and quality managers to comply with the requirements relating to equipment calibration and metrological traceability.
The new JRI-MySirius Calibration module allows you to calibrate, verify and adjust the recorders of the Nano SPY ranges, LoRa SPY, Digital Sensor Evolution developed by JRI.
It offers a range of features developed to automate the processes of metrological operations and gain efficiency:
- Multi-point calibration with automatic search for the best measurement stability
- Automatic correction of measurement errors with modeling to improve probe accuracy
- Multi-point adjustment
- Use of Maximum Permissible Errors of JRI or custom measurement chains
- Customizing metrological reports
- Calibration bench control accommodating up to 20 JRI digital probes.
In order to optimize the intervention time of metrologists, the Calibration module proposes to configure calibration programs to the usual monitoring conditions, to declare all its measurement chains, furnaces, baths, enclosures and other calibration means, and to follow step by step the steps of the metrological operation until the edition of the report.
Calibration results and corrections are automatically uploaded to the JRI-MySirius app to update equipment life sheets. The history of metrological operations is also available.
Optional, the Calibration module comes in two levels of use and is currently available with the JRI-MySirius Cloud solution. The use of Nano SPY Reference and LoRa SPY Reference connected standards facilitates the calibration of loggers in their respective ranges.
JRI has already planned new features for the coming weeks with the launch of new digital probes optimizing the modeling of measurement errors, the compatibility of the Calibration module with measurement chains from other manufacturers, its availability in Server solution, drift analysis between two calibrations or the control of baths.
