Wimesure offers a weight indicator transmitter with 4 channels 24 bit independent playback. The TLB4 adapts to multiple applications by offering many communication protocols such as: Canopen, DeviceNet, CC-Link, Profibus DP, Modbus/TCP, Ethernet TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet10, EtherCat, Powerlink, Sercos III. It can also be equipped with a 4... 20mA or RS485 serial port. The transmitter can accommodate up to 16 4- or 6-wire load cells and includes a mounting kit for mounting the board on an Omega/Din bar or before a board. An OILM certificate is available as an option. Thanks to 4 buttons it is possible to adjust the setting and perform the calibration. The indicator is able to remember the percentage of load distribution on each channel. The diagnostic function allows comparisons between recorded values while an alarm is displayed in case of significant variation in values. Other functions available such as: digital equalization, value saving, filter, autozero, tare, etc. Standard TLB4 can be used at temperatures between -20°C and +60°C and at 85% uncondensed humidity.
