For the fourth time, CAP'TRONIC, a national support program for multisectoral SMEs in the integration of new electronic solutions into their products, awarded its Trophies at the new CIEN Electronic and Digital Industries Carrefour, on Wednesday, June 2, 2010.
This year again, the jury made up of representatives of JESSICA FRANCE, OSEO, CEA, competence centers and SMEs ... awarded, among more than 30 projects presented, four French SMEs supported by CAP'TRONIC having successfully integrated electronic systems in their products in the following four categories: consumer product, industry & services, eco-innovation and start-up.

Founded by CEA and OSEO, and mainly funded by the Ministry of the Economy, Industry and
Employment, the JESSICA FRANCE association implements the CAP'TRONIC program.
The CAP'TRONIC Trophies competition is open to any company whose project has been supported by CAP'TRONIC expertise since January 1, 2006, and which has decided to initiate the development of the product concerned by this expertise. New this year: the “Industry & Services” category which rewards electronic projects intended to help these areas.

GIMAR MONTAZ MAUTINO: Following an accident on a ski lift installation and anticipating changes in French regulations (decree of August 7, 2009), GMM has developed the SECURM device for monitoring the rotation of the rollers supporting the traction cables . In the event that one of these rollers is blocked, a high risk of derailment must be avoided, hence the development of this system which emphasizes simplicity and robustness. Autonomous in energy, they are intended for all cable cars, chairlifts and cable cars installed in the world.

SENS-INNOV: Thanks to an innovative portable sensor, the SENSOMATIC makes it possible to immediately and precisely measure the concentration of metals in water. This station offers environmentally friendly technology as its electronic measuring tabs contain no mercury or toxic reagents and consumables are recycled by the company.

Young Company CAP'TRONIC Trophy , rewarding a company less than three years old that has successfully introduced an electronic solution into its product:
SEAREKA: Every minute counts to locate and rescue a man overboard. SEAREKA has developed Divansi®MOB a complete and very easy-to-use system allowing automatic detection and positioning in real time (GPS coordinates and position in relation to a boat ) one or more “men overboard”. Intended for boaters and professionals, such as fishermen, this system already equips around fifty trawlers and more than 280 fishermen in Boulogne sur Mer.
