The American company Bruker, specialized in scientific instrumentation (particularly in the field of chemical analysis and life sciences), announces the signing of an agreement to take control of its compatriot Center for Tribology (CETR). This one, specialized in tribology and indentation machines, will complement the activities of Bruker'sNano Surfaces division, which already contains atomic force microscopes and dimensional control machines (contact and contactless).
CETR, founded in 1993, has a turnover of about $10 million.
