JRI Maxant's second metrology laboratory, based in Fesches-le-Châtel, has been accredited by the French Accreditation Committee for its temperature calibrations (COFRAC - Accreditation no. 2-1943). This accreditation comes on top of the renewal of the accreditation received for its Argenteuil laboratory in January 2009.
With its two COFRAC metrology laboratories, JRI Maxant now has a wide temperature range for its calibrations, confirming its ambition to become one of Europe's leading metrology companies.
As part of its drive for continuous improvement, and in response to strong demand from the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, JRI Maxant has decided to set up a second metrology laboratory at its Fesches-le-Châtel logistics site. On May 1st, this second

and is now able to carry out COFRAC calibrations for very low temperatures.
With calibrations ranging from -196°C to +140°C, JRI Maxant is one of the few companies to offer a wide range of calibrations.
temperature range, reinforcing the performance and reliability of its products. With its state-of-the-art infrastructure, JRI Maxant has set itself apart by developing tools that achieve the best calibration uncertainty of 0.037 between -40°C and +140°C.
