François Gourdon, President ofEnvironment SA and Rémy Bourdier, President ofOTI Industry,announce their agreement on the acquisition by Environment SA of the "Industrial Instrumentation" business of OTI Industry. This acquisition will cover the trade fund, related assets as well as the name OTI Industry and employees." Our two companies have known each other well for several years and share many common values such as excellence, listening, customer proximity and the commitment of their employees. Rémy Bourdier's desire to sustain and develop his "Industrial Instrumentation" business has naturally led him to get closer to Environment S.A. The addition of our skills and the contribution of a complementary distribution network will contribute to the success of this acquisition,"says François Gourdon. Environment SA specializes in environmental instrumentation, including air and water quality. It generated sales of 44.7 million euros in its last financial year, an increase of 11.4%. Growth is based on development in exports as well as in services (which account for one third of turnover). OTI Industrie (3 million euros in sales) offers a wide variety of physical-chemical measuring instruments (temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, level, weighing, acoustics, brightness), faucets, flow calculators, power dimmers, etc.
