MTL is an automatic machine dedicated to rapid and precise control in the production of revolution parts up to a diameter of 120mm and a length of 870mm. With a robust mechanical design with its vertical parts loading system, MTL integrates directly into production.

A true production control tool, MTL offers a programming interface that is both easy to use and very intuitive to ensure immediate control. The operator loads the part, selects its program and launches it via the machine's desk. With the "FULL SCAN" function, MTL controls in a few seconds the entire external profile of the room in static or dynamics (lengths, rays, angles, threads, concentricities, beats...)

A clear representation of the results via a green or red color code immediately indicates whether the measured part is compliant or out of tolerance. By clicking on the statistical icon or report, the user can accurately track their batches of parts and print a custom measurement report.

And if control of a part takes less than a minute in production! You quickly validate series departures, save time to adjust your machines, reduce the number of rejected parts and facilitate the work of operators while securing your process by better traceability of the controls carried out.

The most technical:
Improved ergonomics with vertical loading of the part, which is constrained by an inter-point system, making it easier to set up. When loading the part, the machine is put in a safe position and no items can be damaged.
A machine design for use in production. The system has an on-board standard to correct measurement drifts in real time according to ambient temperature. The measurement area is isolated from the machine electronic part by an airflow.
The measurement is carried out directly on the image of the room, as on a profile projector. This allows the operator to see what he is measuring. All images are kept in memory, allowing additional controls to be carried out if necessary, especially in case of dispute.
An integrated production module for the launch of barcode programs
An integrated off-line programming module, to carry out measurement programs on a deported computer station, thus avoiding monopolizing the machine still available for production.
