The American group Ametek, which is known in France through its various subsidiaries and brands specialized in the measure(Solartron, Lloyd Instruments, Land, Taylor Hobson, Spectro), has just made a new weight acquisition: it is Micro-Poise Measurement Systems, an American company specializing in pneumatic measurement instruments at the end of manufacturing. The company, which was previously controlled by American Industrial Partners,had sales of $125 million in 2012. The transaction is $170 million.
