With these new accreditations and the support of its laboratories in the Nord network (Vendôme, Metz and Antwerp), Trescal offers an unparalleled range of laboratory and on-site certified certification and verification services in the most diverse areas:
Electricity - magnetism / frequency time: the Paris laboratory can now offer very high level accreditations in Electricity/Magnetism and Time/Frequency in the field of Low Frequency.
With Cofrac accreditations from Metz and Belac from Antwerp (Belgium), Trescal has an unrivalled range of possibilities for accredited services in the laboratory and on-site.
In France, Trescal remains the only private laboratory to be able to offer on-site accredited services in the field of Time/Frequency and Electricity-Magnetism.
Temperature: the Paris laboratory benefits from the support and expertise of the Antwerp laboratory, which holds accreditation for on-site and laboratory services incorporating fixed point measurements (total of 8 on the EIT 90 scale) in the "-196C to 1300C" range.
Humidity: in Antwerp Trescal is able to offer 4 calibration methods and implements in particular 2 high-performance Thunder Scientific generators.
Climate and ovens (characterization): The Paris and Metz teams are accredited for "in situ" services according to the NFX 15-140 standard as well as the aeronautical standards AMS 2750D and L06-450.
Pressure: the accredited laboratories of Antwerp and Metz cover a very large area (empty and a few dozen Pa to 4000b) with remarkable levels of uncertainty and close to national laboratories in absolute pressure for example; on-site accredited services may also be offered.
Masses: The laboratories of Vendôme and Antwerp offer accredited services with levels of uncertainty allowing the calibration of E1 class masses for the latter.
Volume: In Antwerp, the accreditation of the laboratory covers an area particularly suitable for the health field with a range of measurements from a few micro-liters to 5 litres.
Couple: the accreditation scopes of the Trescal laboratories in Vendôme and Antwerp guarantee the best scopes and uncertainties of measurements after those of the national laboratories.
Strength: The Antwerp laboratory has a very large range of measurements (up to 1MN in compression) for the calibration of sensors.
Dimensional: the laboratories of Vendôme and Antwerp are accredited for almost all families of equipment in the field including fitness measurements, with a high level of automation and opportunities for on-site intervention for laser interferometry measurements up to 20 m.
With operations in 16 countries (mainly European but also the United States, Singapore and Tunisia), Trescal offers technical services in metrology (verification, calibration and repair of measuring instruments) as well as services for process management and measurement equipment. The company implements customized and computerized park management, training and technical and metrological support solutions. Trescal has 60 metrology laboratories and employs more than 1,500 people worldwide, serving more than 25,000 customers in the Aerospace/Space, Defence, Telecommunications, Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Medical and Chemistry and Petrochemical sectors. Trescal's sales (pro forma) for 2011 amounted to 147 million euros.
