Designed and manufactured in France, the new range of Precia Molen indicators has ambitious objectives: to offer a high level of performance, advanced features for an excellent quality / price ratio, a unique design designed for user comfort, while limiting the impact on the environment.
Ergonomics designed for user comfort
The new large FSC color LCD display offers better readability, due to the absence of an optical filter. The different backlight colors can be selected according to the working environment or indicate the position of the weight in relation to setpoints. The operator can thus focus his attention on a single point, making the organization of his workstation easier. The display is refreshed at high speed and perfectly reflects the high measurement speed. Finally, the keyboard reacts to the slightest touch for increased user comfort who, using an intuitive and user-friendly menu, easily configures the settings manually or from a remote PC, through a simple Web browser.
Limited environmental impact
The new display is less energy intensive; the energy consumption of the indicators of the i range is overall ten times lower than that of the previous models. They are fitted with LiFePO4 batteries, which do not contain any toxic elements and present no risk of explosion in the event of a shock or short circuit. When the station must be mobile and an autonomous power supply is required, the low consumption of the instrument, associated with the LiFePO4 battery, guarantees maximum availability.
An all-terrain and communicating range
Presenting a reduced and modular format, the indicators can be placed on a table, fixed on a column or on the wall, even in severe industrial environments (no visible connections, IP66 protection, against dust and water splashes); their stainless steel case combines longevity and robustness.
Equipped with numerous interfaces (RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, Profibus DP fieldbus, DeviceNet, Ethernet Modbus TCP, Ethernet / IP, CANOpen, etc.), the range is available in 3 series of models, depending on the intended application .
i 20
Designed for general industrial use, the i20 indicator has all the functions of weighing, counting, +/- control, formulation and calculation. The design of its housing combines robustness, waterproofness and ease of cleaning.
i30 / i 35
Weighing in / out material holds no secrets for the i30 and i35 indicator range. Interface of choice between the measurement chain and the management system, it also controls printers and weight repeaters. The i30 indicator provides weight to a master system in accordance with regulatory requirements. The i35 takes over the management of the weighbridge in total autonomy thanks to a user-friendly application also ensuring traffic control.
i 40
The i40 indicator can be easily integrated into any industrial process involving weight measurement. Its numerous connection possibilities allow direct connection to most industrial PLCs and PCs on the market. It will have ATEX versions for zones 1-21 and 2-22
